Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Watch List (familywatchlist.tv, operated by AI Learning Center LLC) collects and how it’s used. Short version: we collect what’s needed to run a shared watchlist and billing, we don’t sell your data, and payments never touch our servers.

What we collect

• Account: email, name, and — if you sign in with Google — your Google profile picture. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes.
• Your content: household name, watchlist titles, statuses, ratings and notes, shared with the household members you invite.
• Invites: email addresses you invite, used only to send and honor the invitation.
• Assistant chats: messages you send the AI assistant, processed to generate replies (see third parties below). We don’t store chat history server-side.
• Billing: your subscription plan and Stripe customer/ subscription identifiers. Card numbers go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.
• Technical: IP addresses in short-lived memory for rate limiting and standard hosting logs.

How it’s used

To provide the Service (shared lists, metadata, the assistant), process subscriptions, send invitation emails, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party marketing.

Service providers

Data is processed by these providers, each only for its role:

• Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database, encrypted in transit)
• Stripe (payments, subscription state)
• Google (optional sign-in; invitation emails via Gmail)
• OpenRouter and its AI model providers (assistant messages, sent only when you use the assistant)
• OMDb / TMDB (title searches — your search text, no account data)
• Google AdSense may serve ads — and set advertising cookies — on our public pages (such as the home page and guides) and in the app for free-plan users; paid plans see no ads in the app. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in. Advertising cookies appear only on pages where ads are shown to you (public pages and the free plan). No third-party analytics trackers.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can export your list anytime (Settings → Export), leave a household (Settings), or ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing vinceserpico@gmail.com— we’ll complete deletion within 30 days. Stripe retains billing records as required for tax and accounting law.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13.
