Terms of Service

Watch List (the “Service”, at familywatchlist.tv) is a shared TV & movie tracker operated by AI Learning Center LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service and plans

The core watchlist is free and supported by advertising. Two optional paid plans are available: Plus removes ads, and Premium removes ads and unlocks the AI assistant. Current prices are shown on the plans page and at checkout.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically each month until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription (Stripe billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your plan’s features until then.
• Payments are non-refundable and we don’t prorate partial months, except where required by law or when we choose to issue a refund at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us — we’d rather fix it than argue.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal after the notice.

Accounts and households

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Household members you invite can see and edit the shared watchlist; subscriptions apply to the individual account that purchased them, not the whole household.

AI assistant

The assistant generates suggestions automatically and can be wrong — titles, ratings and availability may be inaccurate. Assistant conversations are processed by third-party AI model providers (see the Privacy Policy). Don’t use the assistant for anything unlawful or abusive.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reselling, circumventing paywalls or rate limits, disrupting other users, or unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any unused full months on paid plans unless the violation was serious.

Your content and third-party data

Your watchlist and notes are yours; you give us permission to store and display them to run the Service, and you can export them anytime from Settings. Title metadata, artwork and ratings come from third-party sources (such as OMDb, TMDB and IMDb) and belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use after the effective date means you accept them. You can close your account at any time by contacting us; we can discontinue the Service with reasonable notice, refunding any unused full months on paid plans.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which AI Learning Center LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions or disputes: vinceserpico@gmail.com.
